The Government declares September 5 to October 5, 2016 National Teachers’ Month. Let’s get to know our teacher.

A teacher is a person who provides education to students. Undisputed, teaching is the riskiest but a colorful job to practice.
How to be a teacher? Be an investigator, a psychologist, manager, secretary, host, designer, life guard, and even a clown.
To teach is to touch lives inside and out. To achieve this the teacher should be:
An investigator. Observation towards the learning development of his students is compulsory to monitor their progress.
Psychologist. Understanding individual in all aspects--- emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual is the business of a teacher-psychologist.
Secretary. A teacher-secretary writes reports, assess performances and settle schedules for students.
Host. The host-teacher announces vital information to her students and weigh notions for them.
Designer. A designer-teacher develops classroom structure and teaching strategies for the class.
Life guard-teacher secures and safeguards lives of students.
And a Clown-teacher. Learning will not be effective if the environment is colorless. The teacher should entertain the students and give life to the texts in the book.

All these roles rolled into one, is our teacher. Happy Teacher’s Month!
